My name is Berkat Bhatti I have been working at Broncos gym for a little over a year and can say it is the greatest atmosphere i've worked in since starting my training career. I stem from a very diverse background in science and fitness.
I was born in Newark, NJ February 1st, 1989. I graduated Rutgers University in 2012 with a BS in Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a minor in Biology
With an interest in Physical therapy and Personal Training I decided to follow my passion and took on an Internship in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Working as a Rehab tech I gained much insight on progressing and digressing workouts relative to my clients. This enhanced my training skills significantly
After interning in Thailand I developed a particular interest in sports training rehabilitation. I then took on another Internship at Pennsylvania State University where I focused on Sports rehabilitation and gained a full understanding of the structure Division 1 football training.
After Penn State I took all I had learned to New York Health and Racquet Club. This was the flagship location for this company located at 23rd and 6th Ave. Here I was a member of a team of 35 experienced trainers from all backgrounds, which expanded my training capabilities seven more. I watched 20+ year veteran trainers for one year, with backgrounds in boxing, Brazilin Jujitsu, Body Building etc.
Deciding to come back to New Jersey, I brought all of my experiences to Broncos gym where I can truly say requires nothing short of veteran experience. Being a member of a team of experienced trainers, and a gym catered to personal training, Broncos gym gave me the ability to share all that I’ve learned in my past experiences and has also thought me a lot more.
